A semi-private class focused on high-performance training led by top SRF Coach, Paul Norris. Each session is customized to each participant's goals through functional workouts designed to increase skill acquisition and athletic ability. This class is designed for anyone looking to maximize their potential!


- Minimum age to participate is 13 years old

- Understanding of strength & conditioning training
- Each training session is 1 hour 15 minutes long
- All workouts will be tracked for future sessions
- Clients can book per session or choose to purchase a semi-private training package at a discount
