If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us (it happens, you’re human), we can refund the purchase price or exchange those products subject to the following conditions:

• Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase, together with proof of purchase. Return timeframe starts from the original purchase date.

• Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached.

• If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online) will be refunded to you using the original payment method, once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions above, so make sure you send it back to us quickly!

• You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us.

Orders are shipped within 3-7 business days of purchase unless your items states it's a pre order. Orders are shipped via USPS priority, priority mail express or first class depending on weight.

The risk of loss and ownership for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is scanned by USPS. Therefore, we are not responsible for delays in shipping, lost or damaged items, or products marked "Delivered" by USPS. All orders will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped. If tracking states that your order has been delivered, it is your responsibility to contact USPS. If a package is lost or stolen, we are not responsible for refunding or replacing merchandise.
